  • François Faure is the initiator of the NewCode project. NewCode proposes a new framework for the interaction of human and financial capital within the enterprise system. François is the CEO of NewCode Conseil SAS and of NewCode Advisers Limited. He also co-chairs Académie NewCode, a think tank dedicated to the project.

  • Guy will be particularly assisting Cohen & Co. in all its insurtech and digital transformation assignments, thanks to his senior relationships gained in the tech world and beyond within EMEA, the US, and Israel.

  • ​​Until very recently, Guy has assumed the role CEO of an international MarTech SaaS company named Social Internet Ltd., active in over 10 countries. Having served Financial institutions across 3 continents with software and services that connect them with brand influencers.

  • ​​In the course of 11 years, Guy worked for SAP Europe, Middle East and Africa headquarters (out of the Paris offices) in various customer & partner managerial roles.

 

  • Graduated from the prestigious H.E.C. International MBA program (class of 2005). Prior to his MBA, Guy completed his undergraduate degree of Business Administration & Communication Studies at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (Israel).
